Implementing the policy of deploying Smart Classrooms and Smart Schools following the trend of digital transformation, Son La Provincial People’s Committee sent a delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang – Director of the Department of Education and Training together with the Department’s specialized departments to visit the ICT SmartEdu lesson at the head of the May Academy primary school on February 17, 2023.

OCG Company cooperated with VNPT Vinaphone Son La to successfully organize the attendance of SmartEdu lessons by Son La delegations.

SmartEdu is a software originally developed by NTT Group – Japan (currently authorized for OCG to operate and maintain in Vietnam) and became a product in cooperation with VNPT and distributed by VNPT Vinaphone in Vietnam. This is a support tool for teachers and students to interact directly in class through terminals such as: interactive whiteboards, tablets using Wifi Internet connection. The solution is a fundamental transformation from the traditional media or teaching method to the real-time interactive teaching and learning method, helping students to learn actively, creatively and absorb the lesson right in the classroom.

After the visit, the Delegation was very impressed and highly appreciated the SmartEdu solution and is expected to report to the Provincial People’s Committee soon to arrange the classroom investment budget in Son La city.
